Work and updates
We complete the agreed work, coordinate relevant trades and keep you informed of progress.
Step 5
Final check and handover
We review the completed scope, tidy the work area and provide relevant records or completion photos.
Scope and variations
No extra work without a conversation first.
The quote records the work agreed in writing. If the scope changes, or an existing condition is uncovered that could not reasonably be confirmed beforehand, the impact is explained and an agreed written variation is required before additional work proceeds.
